Our clients for this renovation were in desperate need of a laundry and main bathroom that was updated and suitable for a growing family. They had water damage to the shower area which meant it couldn’t wait any longer to be renovated. We created a larger bathroom with a full-width walk-in shower. By removing the bathroom windows and installing skylights, it created a room that worked much better, the room is light and bright and a pleasure to be in. The new glass door access from the laundry to the backyard also lets in plenty of light. We even incorporated the needs of the family pets into the laundry cabinetry design, creating openings in the lower cabinets for the kitty litter trays. The new powder room has an in-wall suite and nib wall shelf. Overall, the renovation was a huge success and the project cost for this was $50,000+.
