The ensuite bathroom at this property was renovated in conjunction with the main bathroom. As described with the main bathroom, this old larger home was built to last, with double brick walls and suspended concrete slab floors to the upper levels. Again, the first thing to deal with was the removal of the asbestos sheeting. The ensuite bathroom required a full renovation to completely modernize the room. We removed the unused bidet which provided more space to add a much-needed vanity unit and mirror cabinet for storage. The finishes include terrazzo look tiles with matte black fixtures, wall hung vanity, rimless back to wall toilet suite and tiled shower wall niche. As was the case with the main bathroom, the transformation was quite outstanding.
