Originally a small main bathroom with a shower over the bath, no toilet and cedar wall & ceiling lining with slate tiles. And a small ensuite which consisted of a shower and narrow vanity, no toilet and again with the cedar wall & ceiling lining boards. Both bathrooms were outdated and impractical. We removed the wall separating the two rooms to create one large ensuite, installed a new window, replaced all cedar lining boards with plasterboard which also covered the ceilings and the skylight alcove. The customers now have a large, beautiful, usable ensuite with a new main bathroom in another area of the home to come.
Room Details
New ensuite room size is 3.4m x 1.8m with a ceiling height of 2.4m. Timber stud walls and timber floor. Room located on the ground level.
