Josh co-founded NOW Bathroom Renovations with over 13 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. From sales and project management to hands-on work, Josh’s expertise and dedication to detail ensure every renovation exceeds expectations.

Susan Ashcroft

Project Design Manager

With a lifelong passion for design and architecture, Susan specialises in creating stunning 3D concepts, optimising layouts, and selecting fixtures that elevate every bathroom. Coming from a family of builders, her expertise and eye for design ensure a perfect balance of style and functionality.

Her role as Project Design Manager at NOW Bathroom Renovations is centered around creating 3D images of what a customer's bathroom can potentially look like. Planning the best possible layout and specifying fixtures and fittings to make the bathroom amazing is what she does best.

Susan is the mother of three boys, two of which followed in their grandfather’s footsteps and became builders. The third plays golf, go figure! Josh who is the co-owner and Project Manager of NOW Bathroom Renovations is also Susan's middle son. Working alongside Josh and helping him build a successful business is very rewarding.
