The following cost categories are based on the many proposals we have provided to our customers and projects we have completed, they are a general guide only to help you understand the possible cost of your specific renovation.

At NOW Bathroom Renovations, we believe every bathroom renovation should be an exciting and rewarding experience. Our goal is to bring your vision to life with ease and enthusiasm. Below is a simple guide to help you understand the possible costs of your renovation. Once we’ve inspected your space, we’ll provide a tailored quote that suits your unique needs.

$25,000 - $35,000

This is a general guide to help you understand the possible cost of your renovation

This price range is the starting point for full renovation costs. This renovation is generally keeping the size of the room as is and keeping the layout of the room the same or with just some minor alterations.
Tiling will most likely only be to shower recess (approx 2100mm) and mid wall around the remainder of the room.
Fittings included would be selected from our entry level range.

Recessed mirror cabinet
Heat lamp
Heated towel ladder
Level entry tiled shower
(timber sub floor)
Semi-frameless shower screen

(small bathrooms only)

$35,000 - $45,000

This is a general guide to help you understand the possible cost of your renovation

With this price range the renovation may include more building works, for example removing walls between a separate bathroom and toilet to combine into one larger space. Installing new windows or repairing floors or walls damaged from water leaks. You may also be on a concrete slab as opposed to a timber sub floor.
This renovation is more likely to provide for a new layout which involves far more plumbing work.
Tiling would most likely be from floor to ceiling for a standard size room.
Fittings included would be selected from our mid level range.

$45,000 and above

This is a general guide to help you understand the possible cost of your renovation

For your renovation to fall into this category you would more than likely have more extensive or complex building works involved.
This could be due to making the room larger by taking space from an adjoining room, type of structure such as concrete walls and renovations to apartments as they pose greater restrictions and complications. Or purely due to the size of the room and the amount of inclusions requested.
Fittings included could be selected from our higher end brands and colours.
